LPS Work-Based Learning Program

Building the employment pipeline

LPS Work-Based Learning Program and the Littleton Business Community are working together to BRIDGE THE GAP!

The Littleton Public School District’s Career and Technical Education department is engaging the Littleton business community with their Work-Based Learning program (WBL)!

WBL provides opportunities that occur in the workplace and gives the learner hands-on real-world experience. It also provides local businesses the opportunity to build awareness, bridge education and community, and potentially fill their future employment needs.

The WBL program is engaging students and local employers through experiences such as informational interviews, job shadowing, industry speakers, project-based learning, site-based tours and more!  As our program grows we plan to provide more advanced opportunities for internships, on-the-job training, mentorships, and apprenticeships.

We are delighted to have this program and look forward to hearing from you! For more information, please see our WBL onesheet and/or contact:
