Businesses can operate under Level Orange starting Monday, Jan. 4 without the certification.
The application portal is now open; we anticipate inspections beginning the week of January 4, 2021. To ensure a timely review of your application, please carefully review the application process before submittal.
Arapahoe County must meet and sustain “Level Orange” metrics in incidence, positivity, and hospitalization rates for one week. Five-Star certified businesses are not able to operate at “Level Yellow” until those metrics have been met.
- To qualify for the program, restaurants must be able to demonstrate 10-foot spacing at the inspection. Once certified, restaurants may practice 6-foot spacing between tables as long as Arapahoe County remains below Level Red.
