Alpine Buick GMC opened its third Colorado location – a luxury two-story Buick and GMC dealership offering new vehicle sales, previously-owned sales and service. The 52,000-square-foot Littleton dealership is located at 3106 W. County Line Road near the intersection of US 85/Santa Fe Drive and C-470. It will employ 85 sales and service professionals.
Sitting on 6 acres, the state-of-the-art facility will feature hundreds of new and previously owned cars for sale. Nearly one-third of the dealership is reserved as a showroom for new car sales and its new service department features twenty-five service bays and an attached car wash.
“This location has been on the drawing board for five years and the final product is even better than we imagined,” says Alpine Buick GMC Owner and President Ivette Dominguez. “The warm, inviting design allows for a new kind of car buying experience and we have added more staff to deliver a level of service unmatched in the area.”
A three-time winner of GM’s highest award for service, Alpine’s new location will focus on the customer experience. Guests waiting for service can access free Wi-Fi and use charging stations in a spacious waiting area that allows for both comfort and social distancing. A 4,500-square-foot rooftop deck with lounge and a firepit is open for community events and sales appointments.
According to the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) growth of ecommerce sales is slowing. Quoted in an article published by the group was Darrell Rigby, a Bain & Co. partner who heads the consulting firm’s global innovation and retail practices division. He says “I don’t believe e-commerce will take over 100 percent of the retail market. It is very likely that e-commerce sales, even by 2030, will remain below 30 percent of total retail sales.” For more information, read the rest of the article on the ICSC.org website.
