Colorado Department of Health and Environment (CDPHE) released its fourth amended order on May 26 that incorporates the guidance for the opening of restaurants, day summer camps, and youth sports and private camping.
At this time, the below places of public accommodation remain closed to ingress, egress, use, and occupancy by members of the public:
- Bars, taverns, brewpubs, breweries, microbreweries, distillery pubs, wineries, tasting rooms, special licensees, clubs, and other places of public accommodation offering alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption and not serving meals;
- Cigar bars;
- Gyms, except for the limited purpose authorized in Section I.H;
- Movie and performance theaters except for drive-in movie theaters, opera houses, concert halls, and music halls;
- Casinos; and
- Horse tracks and simulcast facilities, also known as off-track betting facilities.
