On Thursday, September 26th the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) held their 34th annual “Government Programming Awards”, recognizing government video producers and the programs they produce. Littleton was nominated for five awards and won the award of excellence for the production of “Littleton Lockdown Procedures”, an internal communications video that educates employees on what to do in circumstances that require either a secure perimeter or a building lockdown. Here are the other categories that Littleton’s video productions were recognized for:
-Promotion of a City/County – Award of Honor for “Best Small City in America”
-Documentary – Award of Distinction for “Modern Buildings of Old Littleton”
-Partnership Program – Award of Distinction for “History of Littleton Fire Rescue”
-Use of Social Media – Award of Distinction for the cities use of social media channels
-Event/Program Promotion – Award of Distinction for “Littleton Twilight Criterium 2018 Promotion”
