After the unanimous recommendation of the Historical Preservation Board on August 24, 2020, with 3 conditions and the 6-1 recommendation of the Planning Commission on August 31 with 4 conditions, the Phase II amendments to Title 10 of the Littleton Municipal Code relative to Downton development were presented to City Council on Tuesday, September 15 for First Reading and setting the public hearing on Tuesday, October 6 at 6:30 PM.
