Short-Term Rental Regulations – Feedback Requested

City council passed an emergency moratorium on short-term rentals at their July 17, 2018 meeting that is in effect through October. During this time, no new business licenses can be issued for any other short-term rental properties within the city until after new regulations are passed.

In the meantime, the city is seeking feedback on the proposed short-term rental regulations that will be discussed at the September 10 planning commission study session and September 24 public hearing. Comments must be submitted by September 18 to be included in the planning staff’s September 24th presentation.
